Volunteer at SAC Academic Decathalon

SAC host the Texas Academic Decathlon State Finals on February 26-27, 2010. 360 regional competitors will compete for over $100,000 in scholarships. Winners are based on their knowledge of math, language/literature, economics, science, art, and music. In addition, the students will write an essay, give both a prepared and impromptu speech, and be interviewed regarding their high school activities and/or future plans. The Super Quiz topic this year is the French Revolution.

February 27, 2010 - Omni San Antonio (Wurzbach and Interstate 10 West)
8:00 am to 3:15 pm (Lunch Provided)

If you are interested and can volunteer, or you would like additional information, If you know of anyone else who would be interested in volunteering (spouse, adult child, neighbor, etc.), please have them contact as soon as possible.
